CosmicCEO (“CosmicCEO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a cosmic business-intelligence product operated by Brylliance (brylliance.io). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or app, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — your name, email address, and password when you register.
• Birth data — your date of birth, and (optionally) time and place of birth. We use this solely to calculate your natal chart, numerology, and personalized insights. You can use the product with limited features if you prefer not to provide birth time or place.
• People you add — if you use Connections/compatibility features, the names and birth details you enter for other people. Please only add details you are entitled to share.
• Content you submit — questions you ask the Cosmic Advisor, saved readings, and preferences.
• Billing details — handled by our payment processors. We receive confirmation of your plan and status, but we do not store full card numbers.

Information we collect automatically

• Usage & device data — pages viewed, features used, approximate location (from IP), browser and device type, and similar diagnostic data.
• Cookies & local storage — to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the product is used (see Cookies).

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Generate your astrological chart, numerology, daily business briefing, and other personalized insights;
• Create and manage your account, free trial, and subscription;
• Process payments and prevent fraud and abuse;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• Send you service-related messages and, where you’ve opted in, product updates and reminders;
• Improve, secure, and develop our products; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. AI & automated insights

Some features (such as the Cosmic Advisor) use artificial intelligence to generate responses. To do this, your question and relevant chart context may be sent to trusted third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf to return an answer. These providers act as our processors and are not permitted to use your data to train their own models or for their own purposes. Insights we provide are generated for guidance and informational purposes only — see our Terms & Conditions.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us operate the product — for example hosting and infrastructure, payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal, and Maya), email delivery, analytics, and AI providers — under agreements that limit their use of your data;
• For legal reasons — to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and others;
• In a business transfer — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies to run the site and keep you signed in, and analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations, or to resolve disputes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, our legal bases for processing include performing our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests. If you are a California resident, we do not sell your personal information and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

CosmicCEO is operated from the Philippines and serves customers worldwide. By using the product, you understand that your information may be processed in the Philippines and in other countries where we or our service providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

10. Children

CosmicCEO is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the product after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
