These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CosmicCEO — a cosmic business-intelligence website and app operated by Brylliance (brylliance.io) (“CosmicCEO”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CosmicCEO.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using CosmicCEO, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. The service

CosmicCEO calculates your astrological birth chart and numerology from the data you provide and presents personalized insights, tools, a daily business briefing, and an AI-assisted advisor to support your reflection and planning. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

3. Nature of insights — not professional advice

Astrology and numerology are not sciences, and outputs from CosmicCEO — including AI-generated responses — are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind and must not be relied upon as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional (such as a licensed financial advisor, lawyer, accountant, or physician). You are solely responsible for any decision you make and its consequences, and results are not guaranteed.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CosmicCEO. By using the product, you represent that you meet this requirement.

5. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Free trial. We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.
• Recurring billing. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) through our third-party payment processors until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
• Pricing & changes. Prices are shown at checkout. We may change pricing prospectively; changes will not affect the current paid period.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
• Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected].
• Taxes. Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the product; attempt to access it by unauthorized means; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy it except as permitted by law; resell or exploit it without our permission; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; or use it to harass others or violate anyone’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

CosmicCEO, including its software, design, text, graphics, and the CosmicCEO name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for your personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit (such as your birth data and questions). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the product and to provide it to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any information about other people that you enter.

10. Third-party services

The product relies on third-party services (for example, payment processors, hosting, and AI providers) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

CosmicCEO is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insight will be accurate or produce any particular result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicCEO and Brylliance will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the product. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the product will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CosmicCEO and Brylliance from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the product, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Termination

You may stop using the product and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the product or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
